Meditation gives you the opportunity to observe your thoughts without judgement. You can learn a lot about yourself by the thoughts that pop up in your mind. Meditation allows you to learn how to create space between your thoughts and your emotions.
Maintain this for as little as 2 to 3 minutes to start, and then try it for longer periods as you get more comfortable with meditation. After your meditation session ends, write down the thoughts that popped up during your meditation and see how your thoughts change over time.
After you have put your goals on paper, write a list of the people that you have in your life that can help you achieve those goals.
After you have created your list, start reaching out and share your goals and ask for accountability to help you stay on track. It's OK to ask for help, you will be more successful if you don't do it alone.
