Step 4: Which Challenges In Your Life Are Constant?

 

Most of us have challenges that persist in our lives. It might be our weight, finances, loneliness, depression, or a lack of satisfaction and/or fulfillment. The issues that persist in your life are important to understand.

Make a list of the challenges that keep persisting in your life.

 

For each challenge on your list, ask yourself the following question:

 

  • You have the power to change nearly anything, so why does that one challenge in your life always seem to hang around?
  • What are the limiting beliefs you have that are associated with this challenge in your life?
  • What excuses are you making?
  • What are you going to start doing differently?

 

Step 5: Your Life Through The Eyes Of Someone Else

 

  • Imagine you were an invisible stranger that observed your life for a week. What would you think?
  • What advice would you have for yourself?
  • What does the way you spend your time say about you?
